The Consultant provides RXR Realty with consulting services as an owner’s advocate and program manager for the development and launch of the Glen Cove Ferry Service. Services include fast-tracked capital & operating expenditure models, ticket & route analyses; as well as aa summary document specifically formatted for the City of Glen Cove to use in a presentation setting with NYCDOT.

The Consultant also provides Ferry Development Services including, but not limited to Operator Engagement, Feasibility Study and Proforma Development, Comprehensive Decision Matrix, Alternative “RFP”, for Sole Source or Private Contracts, Pilot Program Parameters, recommendations for service, subsidies, and operators compiled as a comprehensive Ferry Program Report.
