About the project

TMS provides continuous owner’s representative services to Kamco Supply for their capital program at all of their facilities. The work has included the following sub projects from inception, through permitting and construction.

  • Replacement of failed bulkhead, interior to warehouse including all engineering and contractor management, DOB filings.
  • Project management for Demolition of 700 3rd Ave building on property.
  • Subdivision and acquiring land from 601 Sunset Park on the waterfront including all DOB filings, surveys, and legal descriptions.
  • Program management for bulkhead replacement on the canal, through the Superfund program at EPA.
  • Replacement and extension standpipe systems, sprinklers, and fire panel.
  • Master planning for yard re-organization and waterfront use.
  • Underwater inspections of waterfront structures.
  • Filing for an obtaining tax breaks through IDA of NYC.
  • Claims investigation and management for impact damage at bulkhead.
  • Asset management of file systems for the infrastructure on site.
